Client Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges are as follows:
- More than 30 days prior to departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 10-30 days prior to departure: 50% of the trip cost is refundable.
- Less than 10 days prior to departure: No refund is available.
2.2 Company Cancellations
Dream Himalayas Treks and Expedition reserves the right to cancel or modify a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or other conditions beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative trip or a full refund.
2.3 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 10 days from the date of cancellation request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
