Day 01

Drive to Phedi & Trek To Tolka (1800 m)

You will leave from Pokhara and head to Phedi early in the morning. Drive to Phedi passes through beautiful Phedi Khola in the Western region of Gandaki. The drive to the Phedi will be almost 5 hours. You will have brunch on the way at the streetside hotels serving the taste of local cuisine. After arriving at Phedi by long bus journey, we set out for a short hike on our journey to Dhampus from Phedi. Dhampus is a charming Gurung settlement with breathtaking views of Mt. Fishtail (Machhapuchhre), Himchuli, and Annapurna South. A fascinating journey through this rich cultural past is offered by Dhampus. Starting from Phedi, the walk consists of a steep ascent up stone steps. Fantastic ridgetop views of the Himalayas from Dhampus can be seen on the trail with our hiking journey to end at the Tolkha located at almost 1790 meters. It takes roughly 4 hours and 45 minutes to walk from Phedi to Tolka, with some breaks along the way. In the vicinity, you'll be staying at a teahouse or trekking lodge. You will be accommodated for the night at the guest house in Tolka.
Day 02

Trek To Chhomrong (2200 m) from Tolka

You may start your journey from Tolka to Chhomrong after having a proper morning breakfast as this journey will be the short but hard one in the trek. You will discover this 11.6 km path in the vicinity of Lumle, Gandaki which may take around 4 and half hours to complete and is generally regarded as a difficult but yet beloved route for adventure lovers. Here on the trail resides yet another Gurung village named Landruk. Ghandruk and Chhomrung, located at an elevation of 2,210 meters, offer a variety of cultural significance in the region related to Gurung and Magars. You may find this trail interesting for backpacking and camping if you love solo traveling as this route is unlikely to get many travelers compared to other routes. So you will consider it the best if you don't like to encounter a flock of other adventure lovers on the route of your trek. Heading a straight uphill climb on thirty-degree slopes on the trail you will finally arrive hot and sweaty at Chhomrong village located at 2150 mChhomrong is one of the bigger villages with a lot of guesthouses. You can use the chance to freshen up in the guesthouse for a quick shower and fulfilling Thakali dinner after you’ve checked in.

Trek To Dovan (2600 m) from Chhomrong

After having breakfast, You will embark on your further journey from Chhomrung passing through several bridges along the way and ascending to Sinuwa Danda. Sinuwa offers breathtaking vistas of snow-capped mountains. The trail also crosses a pathway through a dense rhododendron forest which leads to Khuldighar at its end. With a bit of luck, you'll also get to see monkeys, shrieking and leaping from branch to branch. After a short walk through the trees and a short level slope, you will arrive at Bamboo crossing Khuldighar. You'll walk through a damp bamboo grove and then descend sharply to the bottom of the gorge called Dovan. This trekking day will take you around five to seven hours to walk the approximate 5.3 miles from start to end destination which is Dovan situated at an elevation of 2600 meters. The small settlement of Dovan is a breathtaking stop along the extensive path leading to Annapurna Base Camp. Acute mountain sickness can occur at 2,500 meters so you may want to put on your warm clothes on along the journey. At the end of the day, You will be spending your night at the lodge in Dovan village.
Day 04

Trek to Deurali (3200 m) from Dovan

You will be on your next trek journey for Annapurna Base Camp, starting the day at Dovan after having your morning breakfast and heading for the Deurali. Trail embarks upon the trekking journey of around 5 hours of up and downhill walking from the juniper, birch, fir, and rhododendron trees throughout the way with the ferocious Modi River meandering through tiny streets. You will also be observing temples of Ancient Nepal reflecting the rich culture of Buddhist religion mainly followed by Gurung and Magar communities residing in the area due to which loud noises are prohibited in this area. The route also has several beautiful and majestic waterfalls along with woodlands you may have never seen before. Once you cross the Himalayas, you may see glacial rivers and clearings on the way up to Hinku Cave. After your short descent to the glacial rivers, you will rise once again through a steep uphill to finally reach Deurali which is a small village with a population of around 2500 people of unique ethnicities. You will be warmly welcomed with a proper ritual ceremony by the local Gurung residents. You will be having your dinner and night sleep with an extraordinary night view of Machhapuchhre at the guest house in Deurali village.

Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130 m)

The most crucial day of your trek journey to Annapurna Base Camp arrives. After early morning starts, you will have to head to Machhapuchhre Base Camp, our crucial stop before embarking on the journey to our final destination. The trek starts with a traverse of a sizable landslip that happens right after you leave Deurali. As you proceed through bamboo plants, you may be lucky enough to spot the national bird of Nepal, the Lophophorus. You will still be ascending along the banks of the Madi River bringing you to the sacred valley on the way which does not allow meat and fish in the area due to belief in Buddhist and Hindu religion. After a long sweaty uphill track to Machhapuchhre Base Camp, you can have your lunch on the way. You will have to soon depart from Machhapuchhre Base Camp and leave all flora and trees behind, entering the Annapurna Sanctuary, a region of unspoiled natural splendor encircled by glimpses of rural Nepalese lifestyle combined with natural wildlife. With a further 4 to 5 hours trek you will finally be arriving at the highest point of your long journey at the Annapurna Base Camp. From Annapurna Base Camp, breathtaking vistas of snow-covered mountains may be observed, including the Annapurna range, Singuchuli, Macchhapuchhre, Tent Peak, etc. This fantastic bowling valley is encircled by a 360-degree mountain view.

Trek To Bamboo (2300 m) from Annapurna Base Camp

As the sun rises over the magnificent Annapurna, you will greet your day with a breath of pure mountain air and envelop yourself in its warmth. Today, you will descend by the same route, which descends 1,700 meters to the banks of the Modi Khola and ends at Bamboo. You will wake up early in the morning so you may take in the breathtaking vistas of the Annapurna Sanctuary. After the vistas, you're ready to gather your possessions and return to the Bamboo village traveling through Machhapuchhre Base Camp and Himalaya. You will have to arrive at the Bamboo hut soon as there are only a few lodges available in the village.

Trek to Jhinu (1760 m) from Bamboo

You will be starting the day with an uphill trek to Sinewa, then descending to Chomrong Khola River, and finally descending to your last destination of the day, Jhinu. Here you can enjoy the natural hot springs to relax and bathe. The warm water at the hot spring has the ability to take away your pain and tiredness from your body due to the long journey. The chance to spend the night at a teahouse in Jhinu Danda is one of the nicest parts of the trek.

Trek from Jhinu to Nayapul and Drive to Pokhara (820 m)

You will begin this easy journey to Nayapul after having breakfast. After a simple descent to Nayapul along the banks of the Modi Khola river, you will be taking a private jeep for a one and half hour drive to Pokhara and spending your night in a lakeside hotel. You can enjoy a late-night walk at the lakeside and enjoy lakeside bars for delicious foods and refreshing drinks. The Disneyland of Pokhara also attracts tourists with its fun rides and indoor activities.
